Fields marked with a star are required by law. The rest are up to you.

Please fill this in as the person who made the booking — the name that appears on Airbnb, or whoever arranged the stay directly with us. Not another member of the group.

The information you provide on this form is required by Greek law for the tax registration of your stay. It is used strictly for that purpose, in line with Greek law and the GDPR.

It takes about a minute. Everything below explains why each item is asked for.

Personal information

First name Exactly as it appears on your passport or ID — this is what goes into the register. Required Last name Your family name, as written on the same document. Required Passport or ID number The law requires one identification number per stay. It is submitted to the Greek tax authority and used for nothing else — not for marketing, not shared with anyone. The dates of your stay, exactly as they appear on your booking. These are what gets registered with the tax authority.
